Tee Up For JAE Golf Tournament

Our annual Golf Tournament takes place the Monday afternoon before the Gala on one of the exclusive courses at TN Grasslands. This event always sells out, so grab your foursome and register as soon as possible!
Par/Tee
32 4-person teams participate in a scramble-style best ball tournament. The ultimate goal: winning the coveted JAE Jackets! The day is always a good time for players and volunteers alike!

Online Auction
Experiences and Memories!
Another integral part of our Spring Fundraiser is our online auction, which is open to the whole JAE and local community. Parents of students are able to bid on one-of-a-kind experiences for their students, such as Teacher Assistants for the Day, Carnival Day for the Class, Extra Recess for the Class, and more! And the online auction doesn't end at experiences! Thanks to our generous donors, everyone is sure to find an item that they will love!

Jack Anderson Elementary PTO needs your help! We are gratefully accepting donations for our spring fundraiser. Donated items will be used for our upcoming live, silent, and online auction baskets and prizes. Personal relationships are the best way to obtain donations. Use the people and businesses you know to help your student and their classmates win big!!
WHAT CAN YOU DONATE?
Please refer to your grade's theme when considering donation items. Have something to donate but it doesn't fit your grade theme? PLEASE send it in! Themes are just ideas to get your imagination rolling! Still not sure what to send? Consider a cash donation! (We can use cash donations to purchase any remaining items to compete a basket or package being auctioned. If you have any questions please contact your room parent or the PTO at jaeptodonations@gmail.com. Items submitted MUST BE NEW with tags and original packaging. Items will be used for live, silent, and online auction baskets and prizes.

WHERE TO BRING ITEMS
Items can be sent to school with your child or left at the front office. Please be sure to mark each donated item with your student's name, grade, teacher, and approximate retail value of the item. Have a big item to donate? Contact the PTO to arrange delivery: jaeptodonations@gmail.com
EARN POINTS TO WIN PRIZES!
All donated items will be awarded a point value based on the total retail value of the items donated. The points will be tallied for both individual students as well as total classroom points earned. The points breakdown:
- 1 POINT = item(s) with total retail value of $50.00 or less
- 2 POINTS = items(s)/Sponsorships with total retail value of $51.00-$200.00
- 3 POINTS = items(s)/Sponsorships with total retail value of $201.00 or more
- 4 POINTS = Big ticket items (ex: trips, tires, hotel stays, concert tickets, sporting event tickets, spa packages, boat rentals and/or golf packages
INCENTIVES AND PRIZES!
Every classroom that cumulatively earns 25 points will be able to come to our
DISCO GLOW DANCE PARTY!
The classroom that secures the highest retail value of donated items will earn a
PIZZA PARTY and EXTRA RECESS!
The "TOP student" from each class with the highest retail value of donated items is invited to a FOAM PARTY!

Friday Night Fun
The highlight of our Spring Fundraiser is our Gala at Grasslands, which takes place on Friday evening. Guests dress to the nines to match the evening's theme and enjoy mingling with fellow parents and JAE staff over appetizers, drinks, and dancing. Space is limited to 20 tables of 10 at Friday Night's Gala. Diamond Sponsors have the opportunity to secure their tables ahead of general ticket sales. Want to come to the Gala but don't want to fill a whole table? New this year: Platinum Sponsorships! A Platinum Sponsorship includes 2 tickets to the gala instead of a table for 10 (very limited availability!)
Exciting Bidding
Guests who attend the Gala have the opportunity to participate in two separate auctions throughout the evening. The first is a silent auction full of uniquely curated baskets and the second is a fun-filled and exciting live auction that showcases some of our amazing donations!
